Sweet Tooth for the Holidays!!!!

The holidays are just around the corner with a lot of delicious foods and desserts. I love it when family and friends come together and be happy for just couple of hours of the day to have fun, dance, eat and do it all over again. My family is big on desserts we have pound cake, seven up cake, sweet potato pie, cookies, pea-picking cake, sweet potato pon pie, and so much more. Love it I already told my grandmother what I wanted her to make me and that it yams but it has to be sweet and it has to be made by her. She make it just right every time I ask her to make. The cake that I looked up is called a Pound of Eggnog Cake. It looked so good I just had to post something about it. I hope I get to make it I am a great baker at that. so ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Remember to always be thankful for everything that you may go through whether it be good or bad.

1 box of classic yellow cake mix with pudding

4 large eggs

2 large serving spoons of yellow/angel food cake

1/4 cup of canola with olive oil

1 1/2 cups of eggnog for the cake

1/4 cups eggnog for the gaze

1 cup of the confectioneries suger

Dictions: preheat oven to 350

in a large bowl mix all the dry and wet ingredients together and put it in pan and then it to the oven for 45 mins or so

Then get a medium size pan on low heat and make the glaze for the cake.

Don’t eat the cake all at once make sure your eat it little by little but enjoy and I know I will. Have great holidays I know I will be bless and be safe on your journey in life.
